Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a new sexual assault allegation from an unnamed man.
Background: The rapper, 54, who is in a New York prison awaiting trial he allegedly drugged and assaulted a male who was 39 years old at the time of the reported abuse.
The unidentified plaintiff claims he was drugged by Combs during a house party in New York City in 2022, according to a complaint filed in federal court in New York and obtained by People magazine.

The plaintiff stated that he attended the meeting with friends and was given a drink that caused him to lose control of his body before passing out.

After regaining consciousness, the man said he found himself in a “dark bedroom” with “black walls” and on a bed with black sheets.
He said he realized Combs was “on top of him” and performing a sexual act.
What else to know: The latest complaint was one of five filed Tuesday that have just come to light.
They all come from clients represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has announced he represents more than 100 clients who say they were victims of Combs’ misconduct.
Combs has denied committing any sexual abuse, and his lawyers have said that after the first wave of complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients, Combs cannot “face every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”
