Handover: Kelsian Group announces new leadership

Kelsian group (ASX:KLS) announced a change in its leadership. Current managing director and group CEO Clint Feuerherdt will leave his role effective April 1, 2025, moving into a strategic advisor position for an initial period of 12 months.

The company is a major operator in the public transport and tourism sectors. The company operates more than 5,500 buses, 115 ships and 24 light rail vehicles in Australia, Singapore, the United States and the Channel Islands.

Feuerherdt, who has been with Kelsian for more than 15 years and led the company’s expansion into international markets, expressed pride in Kelsian’s evolution into a multinational operator with $2 billion in revenue.

Graeme Legh, currently CEO of the US division of Kelsian All Aboard America! Holdings Inc (AAAHI), will succeed Feuerherdt as group CEO. Legh joined the company in 2009 and has played an integral role in strategic acquisitions and growth. The search for his replacement as CEO of AAAHI is about to begin.

Kelsian President Fiona Hele praised Feuerherdt’s impactful leadership and expressed confidence in Legh’s ability to guide the company’s continued global operations and strategic focus.
